With over a decade of experience in mortgage origination and investment property financing, Justin has personally closed more than 540 loans totaling over $90 million in deployed capital across 46 states.
A CPA-certified financial professional, Justin built Elite Capital Partners on the belief that institutional-grade capital should be accessible to everyday investors and entrepreneurs — not just the ultra-wealthy. His underwriting philosophy centers on speed, precision, and long-term client relationships.
Beyond finance, Justin has been featured in national media including Modell's and Vice TV, bringing credibility and visibility to the firm's brand. He leads the BSCR mortgage product division, specializing in DSCR loans, ground-up construction, and investment property financing.

Omar serves as Managing Partner of Elite Finance, the business funding division of Elite Capital Partners. With a Wall Street background spanning traditional banking, alternative lending, and fintech, Omar brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective to business capital solutions.
Over his career, Omar has facilitated more than 350 deals totaling over $50 million in business funding. His model combines the rigor of institutional underwriting with the speed and flexibility of alternative finance — giving clients access to capital structures that traditional banks simply cannot offer.
Omar's approach is built on data: approvals at 90–100% of average monthly deposits, rapid 10–15 hour turnaround, and structures tailored to each business's cash flow cycle. He manages the full suite of business funding products including lines of credit, term loans, and MCA bridge facilities.
